A booking is binding once confirmed by e-mail. No prepayment is required; the full amount is paid on arrival in cash (pesos or dollars) or in advance by bank transfer. The price covers accommodation, bed linen, towels, water, utilities and final cleaning.
Free cancellation more than 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 7 days we charge one night. Less than 7 days before arrival, 50 % of the stay if we cannot fill the dates.
The manager hands over the keys in person, usually from 16:00. We accommodate early arrival and late departure where occupancy allows.
No smoking indoors, no parties, quiet hours from 22:00, no pets. Guests are liable for damage caused in the apartment.
Booking data is used only to arrange your stay and to offer accommodation again. We do not pass it to third parties. You can opt out at any time with a single e-mail.
